How we customize the Graphene Oxide
To make sure Graphene Oxide and Graphene can transfer their outstanding properties to the final materials we collaborate with our customers to customize our materials for each specific application.
In LayerOne we use a chemical route to manufacture Graphene and Graphene Oxide. This manufacturing route, combined with our proprietary know-how, allow us to have full control over the surface chemistry and particle size of our graphene materials.
Our scientists are able to tune the oxidation degree, the defectivity, the number of layers, the size of the layers, and even functionalize the material. In LayerOne we can create custom graphene materials to satisfy each specific customer need and to make sure that the outstanding properties of Graphene and Graphene Oxide are effectively transported into the final material.
LayerOne production process is completely scalable, we are setting up a new pilot facility that will produce materials in the ton-scale, with the aim to further scale up the production within the next 5 years.
